Mia is will be 4 in May and Geno will be 5 also in May. I did give them chicken treats one time that made them throw up but these were treats that were made in China and at the time, I was not aware of all the horribleness of giving them treats and food that are made overseas until I came onto here so those treats got thrown away immediately plus obviously they made them sick. I have given them american made treats that are chicken flavored which they did fine with. I give them nutrisource chicken flavored treats as well as lamb and salmon ones. They also get Zuke's mini naturals peanut butter flavored, roasted chicken flavor, and salmon flavored treats. They have no problem with these two chicken flavored treats.

He was throwing up a little here and there every now and then, but nothing to the point where he was acting dehydrated. He would continue eating later on and hold it down. Mia occasionally throws up foam but that's if she hasn't eaten and then gets super excited. I have given them chicken and rice before about a year ago. He had his anal glands backed up so they expressed them and told me to put them on a diet of chicken and rice for a few days to help firm his stool back up. They were ok on that diet and didn't have issues with the chicken so I know they'll be fine with that.

I know it is going to be some trial and error but I am not a huge fan of constantly switching their dog food so I am hoping this one I bought works. The breeder also told me not to buy big 30lb bags of dog food like I was doing. She told me it can go bad and with it sitting for so long that there's a chance that the bottom of the bag food could not be good anymore. So I got the 5lb bag for now which should probably last maybe a month.
