I purchased an organic, virgin, unrefined oil from Sprouts (which is like a smaller, more budget-friendly Whole Foods we have in California). It is their own brand, and their "plain-wrap" stuff is usually quite high quality. My vet just told me to put a few drops on their food, so I drizzle a very small amount (maybe a 1/4 to a 1/2 teaspoon) for their breakfast and dinner.
My little girl's name is Coco, so we enjoy joking that she is a Coco Cannibal, now that she is consuming Coco oil
