I wonder how we could help spread the word? Because it's very true if no one knows what the yellow ribbon means. On the other hand, it might get a little out of hand and every dog ends up having a yellow ribbon lol
Scottie is also not friendly on the leash. I have to pick him up every time we walk by a dog, big or small, on a normal-width sidewalk; otherwise, he goes crazy. If there's a dog across the street, I try to time it so that he's behind cars or shrubs so he can't see
