Thanks for the advice everyone! I just discovered a few mats on my little girl around her neck and I am afraid to hurt her. I will try the cornstarch trick. I never had mats with my other Yorkie.
I am wondering if my little girl's coat is very different, or maybe it is the shampoo that the groomer is using?
I had read about mats before, but this is the first time that I am having to deal with them.
