Could you update if you get them all out? I wasn't able to get Chewie's out, so the groomer couldn't give her the cut I wanted, as it was all over matted. I tried brushing her, but I was too afraid to hurt her so, I admit, I could have done better. I'll be using this advice myself so it won't happen again. MOST of her fur on her body and legs is gone and she's shivering a lot from being too cold. I'm a bit upset, so I'm glad this topic was brought up.
Please, definitely update when it happens!!
