Well if the worse someone can do is tell you that you're not allowed to bring a dog with you than it wouldn't hurt to just bring your baby with you anyway. I suggest you just get a nice 'purse like' carrier and just sneak the baby wherever you go. Sounds like not a lot of people have dogs there so they won't know the difference between a purse and a dog carrier.
