Max talks. He is like Astro or Scooby Doo.
Sometimes he says "woof" softly and sounds just like a human. He makes throaty grunts, groans, and whines like he is trying to form words. Cracks me up!
He has different barks that we have learned to decipher: one for pad clean up, one for meal time, and so on.
