The Yorkshire Terrier Club will list breeders they consider reputable and would be a good place to start your search.
You might consider talking with some folks at a dog show. Often people who show and breed Yorkies will have puppies or an older Yorkie they have shown and has had a litter and they would like to place it in a pet home.
