Of course! I know that when I had my other Yorkie, I always thought it would be great for her to have a sibling. At the time I really could only have one dog for a number of reasons, and by the time I was in a position that I could have another, she was already in her senior years and would not have been happy sharing the love.
When she was younger though, she was always so excited to see other Yorkies and always played beautifully with them. So if your Scottie loves being around other dogs, I'm sure that all will work out well. There is always an adjustment period, but I'm sure that he will be delighted with his new sibling!
