Well.............I think this is absolutely tooooo adorable, and I would be calling in!!!
My happiest thing about retirement, is I dont have to leave my dogs any more....The most thought out plan my babies ever did, was run along at my legs, grabbing my scrub pants cuff, trying to keep me from leaving. If I had one that was planted in front of the door to keep me from leaving, well......we would just enjoy the day off!
I used to dream about the day when I did not have to "go to work", so retirement for me was a truly glorious, long anticipated event. Work for me has always been strictly a way to provide $$$$ for my true compassion, my dogs......so I adore retirement and waking up every morning to a bed full of dogs, and all of us going out to the patio with our coffee to enjoy the new day, doing NOTHING that we dont want to do! |
