Thanks for the clarification. I did notice some leaking and had a roof guy come take a look several years back (less then 10 years ago). He said rest of the roof look fine and just replaced some plastic ring thing.
Anyway... Come visit!!!! I have a nice bottle of wine all chilled for you!
