Oh no, poor Bentley. He does sound in bad shape and needs to get in to see a vet ASAP. What you feared may be happening and he is having a bad kidney attack. Sometimes it is combined with pancreatitis as it was with my poor baby.
I hope you have an emergency vet that you can take him to for hydration and treatment. So sorry. I feel for you and Bentley. Praying for better news soon.
