Hold the hot dogs and the cheese. Both of these are very high in fat and can trigger pancreatitis, which can cause vomiting and lethargy like you are seeing. Sometimes pancreatitis develops slowly, sometimes hits fast and hard.

And, let me add, pancreatitis kills. If she is still having issues and/or vomiting, you should get her to a vet !
