Honestly.....................HECK YEAH!!!!!!!! Its quick but OMG it hurt. I have 3 tattoos and they didn't hurt taht bad!!!!
I "had" the belly 2 years ago..now Im pushing the crunches so I get it BACK before our beach trip...lol!!!
