I agree with the suggestion for training.  Do short sessions throughout the day, asking her to perform basic tricks like sit, down, shake hands, and so on.  
 
Otherwise, sounds like usual puppy antics.  Max often had the zoomies and would attack his bed, digging and throwing it around.  Usually he did this in the evening because he didn't want the day to end.  
 
 
Walks:  Max did not want to take 2 step on our driveway, but after a couple tries, we were walking around our 1 mile neighborhood loop every day.  I think familiarity of the same route helped him.  Then I had to teach him to walk on different surfaces.  We walked on pavement first, then sidewalks, then brick walks.  He hated going in the grass for the first year, LOL.  I almost miss those days because he stayed cleaner longer. 
 
 
Use a lure like a treat or a toy or another person.  Be happy and confident, take a step forward and say, "Let's go!"
