I hope she continues to do better, otherwise do not hesitate to go to the ER. As Judy wrote, these little ones can down fast.
Hold the hot dogs and the cheese. Both of these are very high in fat and can trigger pancreatitis, which can cause vomiting and lethargy like you are seeing. Sometimes pancreatitis develops slowly, sometimes hits fast and hard.
