Rather safe than sorry....and they go down soooooo quickly....dont sit on it for too much longer, especially since she is vomiting and possibly running fever....sick dog! Of course, NOW you are into a weekend, and emergency vets are going to cost you at least double what your own vet would run.....but dont sit on it if she is still sick, trying to wait until Monday! Could easily be too late by then.....
