Is she a young puppy? When Barney was little he would get the zoomies and look like a wild thing until he nearly passed out from exhaustion. He's 3 now and I still take him out for about 30 minutes in the evenings so he can "run it off." If she has a lot of energy, you may want to try to take her on walks or have training time each evening. All 3 of mine love training time.
