Other than that, I much prefer her positive reinforcement methods. I tried the Cesar way for about a week and all it did was make puppy Max frustrated, sad, and more reactive. Cesar has some basic good points in his books, common sense things, but his methods of dominating dogs I disagree with.

Last week I think Uni ate a small sliver of onion. Freaked out, I consulted with Dr Google to see if I should be calling the vet or not (didn't need to, she would have needed to eat half an onion to get sick), but I did read that garlic is MORE dangerous as far as toxins in it vs onion. Luckily the amount of garlic people usually use vs onion is less, so less chance for dogs to get garlic off the counter or something. But Victoria was making treats specially for the dogs. I still wonder about that.
