Hi all my little girl started today ...her first heat ...I plan in spaying her in the future but for now that I have not I wanted to know how to use the sanitary garment I got for her through dr foster and smith ! I know I can put a panty liner but how will she pee if she has it on? Should she sleep with it !? What is your experience with this if you use it on your female ? Help
