Oooh you must mean Silkies. Those are half yorkie and Australian terriers. Silky Terriers is the common name. Here in the US silkies often get confused with yorkies, because of their very similar looks. As for sensitivity to cold, it really depends on the "yorkie", even though they may seem ok, sometimes it can get too cold for their health and it's best to give the some protection. I have a cotton coat yorkie and she gets hot very easy, though it don't help that she's a little overweight, too. ^^;
As for if they have an undercoat, I don't think so? if they do it's not much, as yorkies have no undercoat.
