It doesn't have to be Greek yogurt. The only difference between that and regular plain yogurt is the thickness. I think it's easier to give bc regular yogurt is thin and probably get more messy. Greek yogurt is more like a cream. Easy to lick off a spoon. Just make sure whatever kind or brand, it is plain. I would avoid the fruit or sweetened ones if there is xylitol or any artificial sweetener which is poisonous to dogs. I give some yogurt with fresh fruit as a special treat to mine and they LOVE it. The favorite is yogurt with Korean pear.
