Yes she will. Sometimes they need a little reminder. Since she has been trained on potty pads & then outside, she's had a lot to think about. And then the rain comes. Start again by showing doggie door, when she goes through it you go out with her with treats & lots & lots of praise.
Well, the rain, good luck with that. I have to make Ruger go out in the rain with me & an umbrella. He never goes by himself anyway.
