Be very careful with over the counter meds especially with one so young; they can be very harmful and worse. Do you really need to use that stuff since she isn't outside much? Oh, and speaking of outside---I'm sure you don't and won't, but she must never ever be outside unattended. And if you have birds or prey, don't even let her move more than a few feet from you--these birds are extremely fast and may even be tracking your movements to plan attack (I'm sorry, but the stories are horrific). So now after terrifying you evenmore....Nooooo,,,just be ultra, ultra careful--it becomes 2nd nature in no time and before long you'll be able to revel in the uniqueness of Bella, her silly antics, her emerging personality and all that really great stuff. Write down questions before your visit to the vet and make sure you can call with more questions once you get home. Give that little darling a smooch from me and take a minute to sit down with your boyfriend (who sounds wonderfully supportive) and baby Bella and breath!!! |
