Yessss! She is very wise and knowledgeable. I am learning so much about yorkies thanx to you all. When we got her they told us she had already got two shots and we are going to take her to the vet this weekend to get the 3rd one(i Believe, im still learning). You are so right! As a matter of fact I noticed that she had a tick on her the other day and immediately I went crazy! We gave her a bath and my boyfriend was trying to get the tick off and that made her whin a little. I started to cry because I know she is still a baby and its hurt her. Thankfully he was able to get it off but now she has a little bump on her head where it was. He made sure to rub the spot with a little alcohol and some neosporin but we are going to the vet just to make sure its not infected. Its looks to be going done and getting better but I am so worried. We also picked up some over the counter flea and tick meds for her. I told him that I wanted her only to go outside to use the bathroom and back in until we get all her shots. I never knew how vulnerable little yorkies are until reading all the information. Reading about the hawks scared me so bad to the point I dont even want her to go outside anymore Thank you so much everyone.
