Misty used to stay in a playpen with a peepad for her first year when I was away. Well I eventually wanted to train her to go outside.
So I took her out to pee/poo for 3 weeks through the dog door installed, once in morning, once during my lunch, once when I got home (treats after each time). After 3 weeks I started not guiding her out and found that she went on her own so I was finally able to leave her to roam in the living room while I was away!
I was sooooo happy and relieved!
Well after a whole month of absolutely ZERO accidents (I was in heaven
), she started to poop in the house since 4 days ago when it started raining. Well now it's not raining anymore and not only am I finding poop I found pee when I came back during lunch!
Soooo disappointed!
Now I feel like I have to go back to square one. Is she ever going to be fully trained?
