It's called a PetSafe Twist and Treat. You can find it on Amazon if not your local pet store. I fill it with Old Mother Hubbard "Bitz", also on Amazon.
One hint: Once you screw the halves together and figure out the right size for the treats you give, leave it at that setting. It's really hard to open and close it every time you fill it. One exception is when you put it in the dishwasher. It's best to unscrew the halves completely apart for washing.
