I think I surely misunderstood....you did not mean vet colleges have inexperienced vets, huh? These are colleges where vets go to LEARN how to be a vet!! They are all
supervised by the best vets available, specialists....all your specialists, learned what they know from a vet college and then an internship with specialists... These people do not just stumble around, looking for something to do...they are instructed by the best vets available....!!!
You can not do much better than a reputable vet school! The best equipment, most up to date equipment, best instructors and professors, etc....
I really do my own research and often will select people that I personally have researched....I have seen "you scratch my back and I will scratch yours" friendships among doctors and vets, often not the best selections to have been relied on....I like to get my OWN second opinions, from people that I have researched myself...and long before specialists in vet medicine came into existence, I was beating a path to A&M vet school for treating my pets and my horses....cant do much better than a vet school and the staff there! They TEACH your vet everything he knows!!!
