Welcome to YT, you could try spraying Bitter Apple whatever puppy is biting / chewing on. If that doesn't work limit pups space, keep pup away from these places, supervise pup at all times if you must have the baby around these areas of biting. If baby starts the biting, redirect with a chew toy. Pup is teething, just like a human baby they need something firm, hard to chew / bite on. X-pens or Iris pens are ideal to confine baby to one area when you cannot supervise. Baby will out grow this when they lose their baby teeth. Just make sure puppy has firm toys to chew on.
