Default How much formula to feed puppy

I have a week old yorkie puppy who I have been tubefeeding since birth. She started out at .19 lbs. and now is .46 lbs. I started feeding her 2cc every two hours per vets recommendation. I have gradually increased it to 3cc every two hours. A couple of days ago I was able to get her to nurse on the mother. The mother had very little milk left after a week, and now it seems that she is drying up. The puppy tries and tries, but doesn't seem to get any milk. I've still been feeding her with tube as she will not suck from bottle. My question is, should I be feeding her more? She still wants to nurse on mother after I tube feed her and she appears to be hungry. I don't want to feed her too much and distend her stomach or make her throw up. Another question, How can I get mother to produce milk again, if that is even possible. Any suggestions? Thanks for reading my post.
