Sorry for taking so long, she was a stray at a pound for 2 months. At risk of being euthanized they reached out to rescues and a local one here took her.
So she had almost 3 months to be claimed. According to the pound she was on the streets for a while. She had been shaved super short at the pound because she was a giant ball of matting, and that's how long her hair has grown before we got her.
She has no microchip. Don't worry, I wouldnt just keep a stray dog off the street
