My Zeusy is with Healthy Paws. The only problem I had was my own for listening to an idiot vet who told me pet insurance was unnecessary. Zeusy has already been diagnosed with luxating patellas (so that won't be covered) and had Legg-Calve-Perthes Disease in his left hip and had surgery. I do believe the only bilateral disease that Healthy Paws doesn't cover is cruciate ligament tears, so I believe if he had LCP in his right hip (which is doubtful at his age), it would be covered. Wish I had done this last year when I wanted to. Asked a vet because Zeusy is our first pet -- bad idea. From now on, I will go with my gut. We also had to take him to another vet to get the LP and LCP diagnoses.
