Its only been a couple days, and it seems to have gotten slightly bigger, and I almost feel like the vet made it worse by poking it. Anyway, I have an appointment for another vet but I'm freaking out. Does anyone have any advice or anything that would calm my fears? I tend to automatically assume the worst
My advice is to go to a vet dermatologist - notanother general vet. The specialist should have the expertise to allay your fears and get to the bottom of this much more quickly than a general vet. A vet school if there is one near to you is a very good option.
