My little guy is wild outside. Will take off in a heartbeat. Anything seems to set him off, from bugs, bees, birds people, wind, snow, etc.
So of course I have him on a leash. Even if I had a fence, I still wouldn't trust him. There are days I'm outside more than in to let him play & be himself.
