Those are the main ones, I should have revised my post earlier to say that Cricket's surgery did not fix her shunt completely, she has what's called MVD ( micro vascular dysplasia, which are multiple little tiny shunts that cannot be repaired), but she is on hills L/D dry food and she takes a medicine called lactulose, it helps her have bowel movements and keeps toxins out of her body.   |  
 
  We are having the exact same set of issues with our Bella.  She had the surgery at just under 6 mo. and is now just a little over a year old.  It is good to hear from others who have had this issue and still have a happy healthy Yorkie!
