This is internet sort of advice and not accurate. Vet nutritionists who design home cooked diets for dogs don't always add organ meat. I've been home cooking for 16 years without organs. Their diets are balanced. They are in great shape and living to ripe old ages, and look at least five years younger than they are so its worked out well for us.
