Welcome to YorkieTalk. How old is Woody? Does he seem to be thin or is his weight normal? Some yorkies don't eat a lot all at one time. Some will just grab a bite on the run. Some yorkies are picky eaters too. Without knowing more detail I could not say if it is normal for him.
If his weigh seems normal for his age and size then he most likely is just fine but if he seems underweight you might want to have a vet check him out.
