Potty training is a process. Barney didn't have it down until he was around 5-6 months old. She's still a baby so she will have accidents. Get an iris pen and confine her to it until she is trustworthy. Take her out every hour or so. When she pees or poos, praise her and give her treats. Let her play outside of the pen for a while. Then, back to the pen she goes. Continue this until she has earned the freedom to play in a more open area.

How to potty train your puppy in 5 days is a great book. They have a kindle edition on Amazon that's around $5. Worth every penny. It took me much longer than 5 days, but the ideas are excellent.
