Hormones are a HUGE part of making our bodies run as they should - they affect our functions in so many ways, it's really quite incredible. In ideal situations, we would never, ever want to rob our bodies of our natural hormones -- not in animals or in humans.
While it's not ideal to take natural hormones away from our kiddos, the reality is that it can be more problematic to keep the hormones in pets, sadly imo

. In females, there can be more of a true health concern in not spaying them....this is less of a case in males as far as health concerns.
