Neutering should be done for one reason only, and that is to prevent testicular cancer. Not to prevent them for leg hiking, neutering "may" prevent leg hiking but is not always a guarantee. Do it as a health prevention. Neutering will not change your dogs personality. What ever I can do to ensure my baby can live a healthier and long life I do. Ask your vet about the pros and cons of neutering vs not neutering, and go from there.
