Yorkie Puppy We are the PROUD owners of a tiny little sweetie we've named "Chewie"
She is very calm, VERY sweet, and not playful. I was very concerned, at first, at just how calm and quiet she is,but was assured that it can be normal. She was bought yesterday, and I know she's adjusting- particularly since we took her from the city over, and she had a shot. She wants to stay in her corner as of now. She's not lethargic, she's not tired she just stays in that area. I finally took the second bed and she THEN got up and drank- until now I've had to feed her by hand. She relieved me when she showed a stubborn streak with walking. she flat out REFUSED to walk.
I'm wondering if I should take the other bed and put it in the crate, or just give her a bit more time to adjust? At the place we took her from we DID observe her walking around, interacting with the other dogs, and also showing that she was happy to see her family members.
We take her to the vet today, and she has been chipped, and has all but one of her shots. She has an obedience trainer she sees next week. |
