Animal Smiley 049 Peeing in her sleep

My dog just started doing this also. But does it anytime she sleeps. Luckily she will go to her basket to sleep. I feel so bad cause she has always slept with me and she is 16. But otherwise very healthy. My Vet did blood test and urine. Results were high protein in urine indicating cushing's disease tumor on the pituitary gland. However, there is a large list of symptoms and she only has 2. The pee and she drinks a lot of water. This is a long shot but I started thinking about any changes when the symptoms first started. And yes, I started feeding her fresh pet. She loved it would jump in the air when she saw the bag. I've been feeding the chicken in the bag for about 2 months. 2 days ago I fed her from a new bag. She sniffed and walked away. So do to her age I will do anything to make her happy. So I boiled chicken breast. She jumped and ate like I had starved her. She has been eating this 2 days and already decreased her water intake to normal. The Vet did give me pills called proin 25mg half a pill 2 times a day. This has helped somewhat. She is otherwise a very frisky health looking dog. My question Could it be the Freshpet and why all of a sudden she refused to eat it. I will let you know how it goes and once I'm sure she tolerates I will add peas and carrots. Now I know exactly what my dog is eating. Please don't throw me out she's a Jack Russle.
