What I've always wondered about is how a judge picks the best, say, Afghan Hound out of a group of Afghans or the best Golden Retriever out of a group of goldens. How does one determine that this poodle is better than the other ten poodles showing? They're all so very similar--to my completely untrained eye anyway! |
