After one of the clos-ASS votes in Best Yorkie Butt Contest history, the winner of this year's contest -- just one point ahead of the next two contestants -- is Max, owned by Maxdog.

In a competitive field of 18 dog butts, Max finished with the ASS-stounding total of 9 points, including just one two-point first-place vote. That means 8 people total included Max in their Top 5.

Tied for second with 8 points was the double-butted END-TRY of Toto and Ginger, owned by CaptNoonie; and Guinness, owned by GuinnessStout. As you can see by the point total below, every single END-TRY received at least 1 point, even if their owner forgot to vote for them!

Attached is Max's official pose -- Derek Zoolander might call it "Brown Steel" -- and a first place certificate verifying Max as having the Best Yorkie Butt of 2016.
