Have any of you had experience with your older "babies" having dementia? My 14 and 1/2 year old, Bentley, has developed sleeping issues. He used to sleep with us in the bed, as does Porsche, our 12 year old female. About 6 months ago he started waking up around 1:30 in the morning and walking around the bed, on our heads, until one of us got up and took him downstairs. What's up with that????
My vet says it is canine dementia.
