Mario initially would retrieve NOTHING. No interest whatsoever.
Then came "bear bear" the kong felt knot bear. He loves that thing, and will fetch it for long periods. Other toys, I think he just studies the aerodynamics of them as they fly through the air, then he studies my efficiency at fetching and cleaning them all up.
