Default Vet visits

As far as I know, most do not. But I believe there are a few insurers who do. But I would think that this coverage would be reflected in higher premiums? Others who have this coverage will hopefully give their experiences.
Usually vet visit costs are relatively small compared with meds, tests, and treatment, and are predictable.
As I mentioned before, one has to read the terms carefully as coverage varies so much.
