I didn't know that anal gland issues were caused by allergies. I learned something new today! I am taking my Havanese in for another check since she is scooting again. She developed allergies about six months ago. I want to learn how to do this myself so I can relieve her but have also heard that if done incorrectly it can cause infection. My vet makes it look easy but IDK.
