Had anyone here ever gone to small claims court and been able to keep their puppy?? I could never, ever give her up. I don't really care about the money anymore though I believe it is wrong to sell a sick puppy, and I don't know for a fact that he knew she was sick when he sold her. But I do believe it is wrong to advertise AKC and then not provide the papers. Unfortunately, when I bought her I was not aware you were supposed to get the papers that day. But, if there is ever a next time I will be sure I have them before any money changes hands!!! Thanks ya'll for all your posts. I appreciate it.
