I can just see Charlie in a Harley, LOL. The.mini horse or goat isn't a bad idea but to be acceptable it would probably have to be a registered service animal for their neeeeeeeeborhood.

cannot be service animals since they would eat the leash and harness and the seat belt and part, if not all, the car back seat and the owner's shoe laces and the owner's shoes and the tires on the shopping cart and maybe even the tires on the car.
